Good Morning! We have completed the Book of Jeremiah in the Old Testament. Thomas and I share a few of our thoughts with you in the Book of Jeremiah. In the book of Jeremiah, he prophesied in Judah during a period when the doom of entire nations including Judah itself is being sealed. Judgement is one of the pervasive themes in Jeremiah’s writings. Watch for Jeremiah’s encouragement prophecies that are being fulfilled today whenever sinful hearts are transformed by God. The Jeremiah is the Son of Hilkiah of the priests that were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin. The Word of the Lord came in the days of Josiah, King of Jehoiakim, King of Judah who reigned unto the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah King of Judah, unto the carrying away of Jerusalem captive.
